Our story.

Definitely REAL ITALIAN FOOD.

The chef comes from Sardinia, and he brings with him all the knowledge that help to find and use those flavours and the best ingredients to present his food, keeping recipes authentic and traditional.

MURRU is probably one of our favourite and from our home land product, great for dishes like carbonara using his GUANCIALE. Pecorino SARDO young and aged, ROMANO, TOSCANO and other great food from different parts of Italy.

Our dishes are created combining just the freshest products from sustainable sources

Part of our product comes from British farmers, and some comes from Italian producers, some of them also are now curing their meat here in UK and producing great quality mozzarella.

We source local ingredients to reduce our carbon footprint, and try to benefit the UK economy.

 

Our producers combine tradition with the newest technologies to produce the best quality, with the guarantee of an ethical and fair supply chain. This means we get also fruit and vegetables produced under the right circumstances and in the right place.
